- 打开 艾赛网球“我的”页面并登录需要删除的账号。
- 展开“账号与数据”，在永久删除区域输入 DELETE。
- 确认删除。该操作不可撤销。
Open My in AceLink Tennis, sign in, expand Account & data, enter DELETE, and confirm. This action cannot be undone.
删除范围 What is deleted
账号删除会移除该账号、登录会话、原始训练视频、关键帧、AI报告、教练复核关联、训练记录和个人资料。为防止留下不可访问的媒体，视频文件会和账号记录一并删除。
Deletion removes the account, active sessions, original training videos, key frames, AI reports, linked coach-review data, practice records, and profile data.
无法登录 If you cannot sign in
发送邮件至 developer@acelinktennis.com，写明注册邮箱并提出账号删除申请。我们会先核验账号归属，绝不会索取密码。也可以联系最初邀请你的球馆或教练协助转交请求。
Email developer@acelinktennis.com from or with the registered address and request account deletion. We verify ownership but never ask for the password.
训练授权 Training consent
未授权进入训练数据集的视频只用于本次报告。已授权样本在删除账号时同样会被移除；不会因为授权而保留可识别原片。
Training consent never overrides account deletion. A consented sample is removed with the account and is not retained as an identifiable original.
处理时间与备份 Timing and backups
应用内删除会立即撤销登录会话并从在线服务移除账号、媒体和报告。只读备份中的副本不会继续用于日常服务，并会在最长 35 天的备份轮换期内过期。如因故障恢复备份，我们会重新执行已确认的删除要求。
In-app deletion immediately revokes sessions and removes the account, media, and reports from the live service. Inaccessible backup copies expire within the 35-day rotation. Confirmed deletions are reapplied if a disaster recovery restore is required.
